Lavina's winemakers use the newest innovative techniques at an ultra modern winery to create unique wine styles with focus on perfection, balance and flavour. Lavina's chief winemaker, Tim has been handcrafting wine for over 14 years in Australia and Europe and has won awards globally for producing wines harmonized with fruit complexity, structure and elegance.

Lavina's Executive Wine Consultant:
Mr. Robin Moody

Lavina's executive company wine consultant Mr. Robin Moody began working at Penfolds as assistant to Max Schubert of Grange Hermitage fame in 1969. He went on to become senior winemaker at Penfolds, Wynns and Southcorp. He now runs his own wine consultancy, and travels to Asia regularly.
