Our fruit is sourced from select premium growers in McLaren Vale where site selection, elevation, soil structure, canopy balance and crop load are of priority and taken into utmost consideration.

Our premium grapes are produced from 100% Bio-dynamically grown vines that are meticulously managed by expert viticulturists. By eliminating the use of herbicides and pesticides, the soil micro flora and fauna thrive in abundance which increases the natural flavour profile of the fruit.

The fruit from our Bio Dynamic vineyards form the backbone and underlying structure for our super premium wines. As a result our wines show incredibly complex and layered tannin structure, which allows us to create wines that will cellar for decades to come
